Direct Mail Data Management
As a premier Direct Mail Computer Service Bureau (CSB), we provide a secure home for your donor file. NCOA/CASS is performed periodically in keeping with USPS regulations. Deceased, do-not-mail and DMA pander records are flagged frequently via multiple processes to prevent future mailing of those records in the future.
Online Bluebook Analytics
We offer a self-serve online Bluebook Analytics Suite to track your organization’s mail campaign performance. Your house, prospect and caging are all easily imported to the Bluebook system. Reports can be run by organization, date, job or job type (house vs prospect). Online reports are easily run to the screen and can be output to PDF or Excel.
Internal Data Modeling
As a full-service direct mail data management client, we can analyze years of your organizations previous campaign historical data down to a specific individual or prospective donor to see who you may want to mail to or suppress from your campaigns.
Congressional Appends
With our everchanging United States Congress, we update our Congressional Senate and House of Representative names daily. As districts get re-drawn, we update that too. When we add a Congressional append to your output, we add Congressional District numbers, House of Representative names, Senator names (Senior and Junior). We also offer Governor appends.
Merge/Purge Processing
Merge/Purge is the process of merging records from multiple data sources and omitting duplicates, do-not-mail suppressions, deceased, DMA panders, etc. NCOA/CASS is included. We’ve perfected our own proprietary Merge/Purge system over the last 30 years. No boxed merge/purge software here.
List Rental Fulfillment
We work with list owners and brokers to turn-around list rental fulfillment orders quickly. List orders are typically performed within hours. We don’t charge extra for selects, omits or even previous order omits. List rental reports are provided monthly, but it you want a more accurate count for the day, you can run counts via our Online Donor Management system, by email or by phone.
Online Donor Management
Your organization’s donor file and donation histories are available to view online 24x7 via your desktop or mobile web browser. From there you can search on any characters or numbers across all or specific fields in the donor file. You can also perform a query to retrieve counts based on any criteria you provide based on the fields we provide.
Data Hygiene and Validation
We provide the United States Postal Service’s National Change of Address (NCOA) and CASS validation as a standalone service or as part of our full-service Direct Mail Data Management. We also convert, re-format and clean-up all kinds of file formats so you end up with a clean, mailable file.
